Cierra is a creative strategist who centers imagination, play, and community in her work. She loves building with teams and individuals as they drive toward outcomes that matter in a way that is inclusive and authentic. Cierra is the Executive Director-Publisher at Scalawag, a Southern, digital first magazine reporting on arts, culture, race, and systems of power and privilege. Cierra is also a member of Blue Engine Collaborative where she coaches in the Meta Accelerator Program. Previously, Cierra was an individual giving officer at a number of education non-profits, most recently Teach For America.
