Co-Founder of River Valley Community Grains, LLC. We work with several farmers in NJ to grow a variety of grains and we clean, mill and market the grains within several channels. Collaborator and event planner with the Northeast Grainshed Alliance, helping to promote the NGA’s SQFT Project. Passionate about local food, history and the outdoor recreation.
