Radically Rural, a two-day focus on rural challenges and opportunity that’s staged in Keene, New Hampshire, in its second year drew over 600 people from 24 states to talk about such things as getting more charging stations for electric cars, how to find financing for farms that are too small for consolidated banks, and how to pull together news collaboratives that include small rural dailies, weeklies, monthlies and journalism schools.
